One-on-one trading mentorship

It took me six years. You shouldn't need that long.

There's no magic system, and you can't follow someone else's trades — you're always too late, and what happens when they stop posting? Every trader has to build their own. I help you get there faster than I did.

01What this is

Not signals. Not a Discord. Not my trades.

Your setup, not mine

My account size, schedule and temperament aren't yours. We find what already works when you trade well, then make it repeatable.

Your actual trades

Each week has a short homework exercise, and you send me two or three trades with notes. We work from your real decisions, not hypotheticals on a clean chart.

Risk before returns

Most traders don't lose because their entries are bad. They lose because nothing caps the downside. That gets fixed first.

An honest read

I've told people they aren't ready and sent them away. If eight weeks with me isn't what you need right now, I'd rather say so than take your money.

02The program

Eight weeks, in order.

01

Baseline

Your last ten trades, in detail. What you actually did, not what you meant to do. We establish where you really are.

02

Strategy audit

Which of your setups have positive expectancy and which just feel familiar. We cut down to one or two.

03

Risk architecture

Position sizing, daily max loss, stop placement from structure. Written down, no grey areas.

04

Execution

Entry triggers, exit management, and the asymmetry that kills most traders: winners capped by rule, losers running on feel.

05

Psychology

By now I've watched four weeks of your trading. This is where I name the patterns you can't see from inside them.

06

Live review

You trade your normal session, we debrief immediately. This is the one that usually resets everything.

07

Your system

Everything from weeks one to six, assembled into a document you own. Setups, rules, routine, metrics.

08

The road out

Where you started versus where you are. Ninety-day benchmarks based on process, not P&L. Then you run it yourself.

03Honest filter

Who this works for.

Good fit

  • One to four years in, still not consistent
  • Income that doesn't depend on your trading
  • You'll do the work between sessions
  • You want to be told what you're doing wrong

Wrong fit

  • You want trade alerts to copy
  • You're trading money you can't lose
  • You're looking for a guaranteed return
  • You've already decided you have it figured out
04About me

Six years, mostly the hard way.

I spent most of my career in tech, the last stretch of it as a CTO. Somewhere in there I started trading and figured it would be like everything else I'd learned — read enough, work hard enough, get good. It took almost six years before I was consistently profitable, and most of those years were the kind nobody posts about.

What finally worked wasn't a setup I found somewhere. It was building something around how I actually think and what I can actually stomach, then getting ruthless about risk. That's the part that took the longest and it's the part nobody was teaching.

I trade full time now. I don't sell alerts, I don't run a Discord, and I'm not going to hand you my positions — you'd always be late and you'd be stuck the day I stop posting. What I can do is help you find what's already working in your trading and make it repeatable, which is the only version of this that lasts.

05In their words

People who've watched me do this.

I've known AJ for years and the thing that always stood out was how systematically he approached problems. When he told me he was trading full time I figured he'd apply the same thinking and he did. He's not guessing. He's got a process and he actually follows it, which sounds obvious until you meet people who don't.
Alex
I watched AJ grind at this for years and it was not pretty. He'd talk about it and I'd think, at what point do you call it. Then somewhere along the way it clicked and now it looks effortless, which is the part that gets me. It's not that the returns are big, it's how boring and consistent it looks compared to what he went through to get there. He earned the easy part.
Jeff
The thing people don't get about what AJ has built is that it isn't really about the money. He takes six weeks off with his family every summer and nobody has to approve it. He's around during the day. That's the actual point, and it's why I take him seriously when he talks about this stuff, because he's not selling a dream he hasn't lived. He also genuinely wants other people to get there, which not everyone does.

06Where to start

Fill out the questionnaire.

It's free and it takes about fifteen minutes. Twelve questions about how you actually trade — your setup, your risk rules, why you think your winners win. Most people can't answer half of it, and that's the point. You'll learn something about your own trading just by writing the answers down.

I read every one. If I think I can help, we'll do a thirty-minute call. If I don't, I'll tell you that instead and point you at what I'd do in your position. I've turned people away for both reasons.
